At Violin Outlet our return policy is pretty simple. All instruments and bows are sold with a 10-day trial period that begins on the day you receive your shipment. We guarantee the workmanship and set-up of all the instruments and bows we sell. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase before the end of your 10-day trial period, please contact customer service immediately to discuss a return or replacement. If you choose to return your shipment, you will be responsible for packing and shipping the items back to Violin Outlet. Once the items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded the purchase price, so long as the items returned are in acceptable condition, minus our initial cost to ship your package.
